Lillian White Doctor

Founder

Jeremiah 29:11 states, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

From White Hall (Green Pond), South Carolina, to various locations including Orlando, Florida; Virginia Beach, Virginia; Pensacola, Florida; New Orleans, Louisiana; and a return trip to Virginia Beach, Mrs. Lillian White-Doctor has traversed the country before finally settling in Beaufort, South Carolina. With a background in Divinity and Education, she is a dedicated professional and proud resident of Colleton County, SC. Her commitment to serving communities, particularly veterans and individuals with family members who have disabilities, has remained steadfast throughout her adult life.Lillian’s journey of community service began while living with her grandparents in White Hall, South Carolina, where she witnessed her grandmother’s care for elders and the family’s role as a safe haven for teenagers.

US Navy Seaman at Chapel By The Sea and Chapel of The Good Shepherd, where she served as the Director of Religious Education (DRE). During her tenure, she collaborated with the Judeo Christian Outreach Center, extending support to community members without homes. Despite facing a health challenge in 2018 that paused her plans to return to the U.S. Navy as a reserve chaplain, Lillian adapted her vision. Drawing from her graduate studies at Cambridge College of Boston and participation in the Boots to Business program through Syracuse University, she founded Lillie’s Hope Haven, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing vital assistance and resources to veterans and their families.

Lillian White Doctor

Mrs. Lillian White Doctor, a committed professional with a background in Divinity and Education, has dedicated her adult life to serving various communities. Harold W. Doctor, Jr.

Co-Founder

Following his retirement, Harold W. Doctor, Jr. devotes his time to managing and supporting Lillie’s Hope Haven as Co-Founder and Lead Administrator. With a background in federal service at the GS-13 level, Mr. Doctor established Logistics Professionals, LLC (LogPro) in 2013, specializing in supply chain and logistics. He now volunteers as a lead manager at Lillie’s Hope Haven, a 501(c)3 Entity. Mr. Doctor’s expertise spans logistics & transportation, negotiations, operations and project management, budget planning, best practices, industry benchmarking, inventory control, and purchasing.

He also serves on the Virginia Housing and Development Corporation (VHCDC) Board of Advisors. Previously, during his federal service, Mr. Doctor served as Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Commander, Naval Air Forces Reserve (CNAFR) Aviation Logistics Directorate, and as Lead Supply Systems Analyst for Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR) Norfolk. 

 

His military service includes assignments onboard USS Shenandoah (AD-44), USS Inchon (LPH-12), USS Enterprise (CVN-65), Navy Station Norfolk VA, and others. A native of Saint Helena Island, South Carolina, Mr. Doctor served for 20 years in the active duty Naval Services, receiving numerous Medals and Achievements for his service.

Harold W. Doctor, Jr.

Co-Founder

Nicole Conley

Chairperson

Nicole Conley is a dedicated professional with a strong background in military service and education. Serving in the US Navy from 2001 to 2007, she developed a foundation of discipline, leadership, and teamwork. During her Navy tenure, Nicole achieved significant professional milestones. As a Communications Technician at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland, from November 2002 to March 2005, she conducted 468 hours of corrective maintenance on mission-critical High Frequency (HF), Very High Frequency (VHF), and Ultra High Frequency (UHF) communications systems at NAS Patuxent River and outlying Webster Field. Her attention to detail and excellent work ethic greatly contributed to the division receiving “Outstanding” grades on the 2004 Naval Air Traffic Control, Air Navigation Aids, and Landing Systems Quality Assurance Inspection. Nicole also served as a member of the NAS Color Guard and volunteered numerous hours off-duty to the St. Mary’s Personal Excellence Program, tutoring elementary school students. Her skill and dedication significantly increased the mission readiness of her command. Nicole’s superb technical ability, personal initiative, and unwavering devotion to duty reflected great credit upon herself and upheld the highest traditions of the United States Naval Service. Following her military service, Nicole pursued higher education, earning an Associate of Science in Social Science from Tidewater Community College in 2016, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Regent University in 2018, further enhancing her understanding of human behavior and social dynamics. Since 2017, 

Nicole has been an office manager for a durable medical equipment company. In this role, she works directly with active duty personnel, retirees, and dependents, demonstrating her commitment to serving the military community. Her role involves managing operations and ensuring clients receive the equipment and support they need, showcasing her organizational skills and dedication to helping others.

Lloyd C. Redd II, MBA

Co-Chairman

Mr. Lloyd Redd  is an accomplished and results-oriented professional with a track record of generating exceptional performance in both individual and team settings. He has extensive experience and understanding in logistics operations, supply management, audit preparedness procedures, inventory management, analysis and evaluation, and quality assurance. He also exemplifies excellent skills in conflict resolution, accountability, interpersonal relationships, adaptability, problem solving, as well as effective leadership and superior customer service.

Mr. Redd is an honorable US veteran who served in the Marine Corps between 2005 and 2009. During that time Mr. Redd achieved multiple awards and recognitions for his leadership skills and dedicated service. Lloyd has received commendations for his roles in support of operations OEF/OIF.

Mr. Redd also served as the training operation liaison for Mountain Warfare Training Center during which Lloyd organized and tracked funding for training units foreign and domestic.

Lloyd has worked in the federal government for over 12 years.  With his most recent role as Contract Surveillance Representative with the United States Government. Lloyd academic achievements include an Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in business management from the University of Mount Olive. Mr. Redd also received his Masters of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
